Beth Anne Childs
Beth Anne Childs has been a practicing attorney for over 28 years, with the majority of her career spent in the public sector. She has served as an Assistant City Attorney for the Oklahoma cities of Norman and Broken Arrow, and most recently served as the City Attorney for Broken Arrow for more than 13 years. She is presently the principal in The Childs Law Firm, PLLC., and represents the City of Bristow and the Towns of Wynona and Luther. Beth Anne serves as the City Prosecutor for the cities of Owasso and Coweta, and has provided Interim City Attorney support for the Cities of Bethany and Coweta. She also does contract work for the cities of Stillwater, Owasso, Jenks, and Bartlesville. She has tried numerous civil and criminal cases to verdict, is adept at drafting a variety of complex transactions, and has argued three cases before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
